Gelderman had been hired by the outgoing board, so both parties had to figure out what the contracts entailed with the ongoing support of Gelderman senior management we made our way through this confusion with the support of our property manager. Now two years down the road, we have seen amazing changes in our large property that is 30 years old or so. We have a weekly garden team led by Curtis to keep our grounds in order which is not an easy task . Thank you Curis and co.
The company as a whole are very responsive, and our gardeners are very hard working , friendly , pleasant , knowledgable, effective and respectful to both the board as well as the owners. They take pride in their work. As a team, our gardeners often work in soaring temperatures in the summer, and do so with a smile . We love the weekly communications and garden reports in the summer from Curtis and his team as the communication allows us the board, to support Malvern and deal with issues that occur from time to time such as an owner complaint, which is rare. The board with Curtis talk and reach a joint solution which is essential in a condominium.

Our winter services are also of the same high quality and standard. Again the communication is essential as we recieve notices on weather warnings that are sent by email with updates and timings of visits which are impacted by the winter .

So iover the last two years our grounds have kept improving , and have never looked so good in the summer , or been so safe in the winter .

We used Gelderman Landscape services for the first time to build out a square cut flagstone patio in our backyard.
We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and service.
Very professional, on schedule and under budget.
Project was over seen by our salesperson daily to ensure installation and timelines were met per their commitment.
We will definitely be using Gelderman Landscape service for future projects.

Gelderman does alot of work in our neighbourhood so we hired him to rip out all the old and redo our front yard. The ground look fabulous. The workers were always respectful of our property and did great work. The designer even added a extra hill in the design at his expense to improve the final look. Wow!

Gelderman has done our landscaping for the past three years. This past summer, the landscapers have not only ruined several items in our backyard ie (run over kids sandbox unbrella with lawnmower, broken the hose holder, broken a hose, damaged the latch on the gate etc.)they have also been negligent in closing our gates to the yard with a pool which has become a huge safety issue. It took a few phone calls & visits from the so called "manager" of our site to get them to point out all the weeds in our flower beds that needed to be removed & shrubs and bushes that needed trimming (all of which were outlined in our contract). This hadn't been touched for the first three months. The gentleman who introduced himself as the "owner" of Jan Gelderman, "Nathan" was extremely rude and unapologetic towards any of our concerns we may have had. The other gentleman "Jason" who was suppose to be managing our site, neglected to tell the truth in front of his superior to cover his lack of attention on the site. Its incredible that they remain in business. Overcharging & not producing...I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
