We were hearing some loud noises coming from the furnace in the basement all the way upstairs. Jason helped resolve the issue, and even took the time to help diagnose other concerns around the house. A+ service!

I made a service call to look at my furnace which was making noise when the fan stopped. Gilbert responded very promptly. He sent a technician the next business day after my call to look at the problem. The technician identified the problem and within a week to the the parts replaced. I was very happy with the service and will definitely recommend High Efficiency Cooling for their service.

Malfunctioning furnace was carefully assessed and problems were explained to me while the diagnosis was being done. Very helpful in explaining what was being looked at and why. Service was very professional and efficient. Happy with the results.

Purchased a new furnace, but it was making a noise at startup and when the blower motor was cycling down. I phoned in the am and within one hour,Harry their tech rep. arrived. He diagnosed the problem and left. I figured that it would be the next day before anything would be done. About 2 hr. latter that same day to my surprise Harry returned parts in hand and 45 min latter problem fixed.

Excellent service! Repairman was knowledgeable, respectful and diligent when servicing the furnace. He explained everything he was doing and why. The main office promptly found a repairman to provide services the same day.
