Quick and efficient A/C service and inspection. Was a le to secure a promotional rate for this service. Called to advise arrival time, arrived on time and he was very thorough going over the AC unit and the system as a whole. Overall a good experience.

I have dealt with High Efficiency Cooling and Heating for over 10 years. Their price is competitive with quick and efficient services. They also hired good people, for example, Gilbert in customer service, Jason is a senior technician I have dealt with a few times and he always deliver. Anthonio in sales also prompt in service. Jason, a senior service technician with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating, performed an annual maintenance check on my AC. Since Covid-19 is making everyone take precautions, Jason was careful to keep his distance and wear a mask, despite the fact that we both had one vaccine. The adjustment he made to our A/C last year showed that his adjustment was perfect. As usual, he was very friendly and very professional and quick.

High efficiency was my choice because of value. A. I was looking for a company that was authorized by the manufacturer (carrier) B. Price. They were several hundred dollars less than the competitors. C. History. They have been doing this for 15 years and they are very proud of that. Once booked their communication was stellar. From the booking date to the approximate arrival time of the installation. The technicians were clean and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were willing to install my new smart thermostat for free but it was an easy enough thing to do on my own.

A/C was down. I called them and the company sent the technician the next day. Technician name is Jason. I'll highly recommend him as he focuses on all the details and give me comprehensive explanation. I was very satisfied with the service that High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc provided!

Called High Efficiency in a pinch because my 'preferred' service provider who did install was booking 10 days out. H.E. was very responsive and timely in sending Jason to investigate my AC issue.
