Charton was very professional, explaining to us different options and providing different quotes with different prices. He responded to all my emails and questions very quickly. Charton provided a very detailed statement of work with description of every task. What I appreciated the most: Charton was transparent, the quote he gave to me was fair and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Luk and his colleague did a great job, accommodating all my requests. This was a big job: installation of Carrier furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and AO Smith water heater. They came on time, worked all day and explained everything to me when they left. Cleaned up thoroughly after installation and disposed the old units. We are really happy with the services provided by High Efficiency Cooling & Heating and with the new Carrier equipment and would definitely recommend them if you want a quality product and a quality company.
