High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. was the first and only company I contacted for a quote. Rocky Wang who came to give me an estimate was so detailed and professional in his presentation that I was impressed enough to sign with him right then and there.
The installation was slated for a few days later, and the crew showed up punctually, and they did a good and clean job.
One note to point out here. I first called them at the number on their website and left a message with the receptionist who said a salesperson would call me as soon as possible. I didn't get a call that afternoon or the next day, so I emailed them around midnight the next night. Rocky returned my email almost immediately, called me first thing the next morning and scheduled for an appointment for the next day. As mentioned before, he was very detailed in his explanation. His after-sales service was also excellent. He arranged for the company's technician to come over to check the system when I called, and then he showed up himself. I find that very reassuring since he was the one I dealt with when I bought.
My old AC failed, and I had a bad experience with the company that installed it. That's why I searched through Homestars.ca this time to pick a different company to install a new AC for me. Neither Homestars.ca nor High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. disappoint. I am very glad I found them, and I would recommend that if you deal with this company, ask specifically for Rocky.
