We first met Andy when he was the Lead Contractor for our master bathroom renovation in 2015. The demolition side of the project was extensive – it was literally ‘to the studs and floor joists’. It included relocating walls, plumbing and electrical. Andy was easy to work with and very patient with our changes throughout the project. Andy went the extra mile(s) to minimize unnecessary costs and kept the project on budget.

Recently, we needed two very large mirrors hung. The job was beyond our expertise so, we immediately thought of Andy. Andy dropped by and hung the mirrors within an hour. Once again, Andy was very personable and respectful.

We are very happy with all of the work Andy has done for us and do not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We hired Andy and Quantum to handle our complicated main floor Reno. This included, among other things: reworking the kitchen footprint, replacing all the kitchen cabinets, counters and sink; tearing down a major load bearing wall; a new ceramic floor; a new ceiling with LED pod lights; refacing a tired old chimney; and completed with a new coat of paint.
The results were AMAZING. The transformation appears to have doubled the size of the existing area, the workmanship fully apparent.
It was also on time and within budget.

Andy Wilson and Quantum 1 have done two large renovations for me - my bathroom and my kitchen. Both rooms were totally gutted. And I just love the results! The quality of the work was excellent. Both renos included removing bathroom/kitchen fixtures and removal of walls/flooring, installing new plumbing/kitchen/bathroom fixtures, painting, installation of light fixtures, laying of new flooring, replacing baseboards, changing doors and all was done and completed in a timely fashion and on schedule. Andy and his team are a pleasure to do business with and listened to my suggestions. Andy also installed a hand railing on short notice on my basement stair case. His quotes were reasonable and did not exceed what was discussed.

Quantum Contracting did an amazing job of renovating our kitchen a few years back. In addition to changing the kitchen configuration, installing new flooring etc., our renovation included removal of a wall and adding a sliding door. Andy and his team were always professional and took their work seriously. I appreciated their creative ideas and suggestions, and was impressed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Andy does great work. Friendly and easy to deal with. He does not piece meal the work, when he shows up to start the job he is there until the job is done. For my projects he was up front with everything that need to be done and no hidden costs in the final bill!!

We had an excellent experience dealing with Andy. He was very professional and accommodating. He was prompt, efficient and left the work area tidy at the end of each work day. The job was to make major modifications to the bathroom for my elderly mother with mobility issues. Andy was very thoughtful throughout this process and we are delighted in the end result.
