I love Rona and the fact that I can get airmiles helps alot. They have a great selection and just about everything a person needs for any project. However, there are times where it is almost impossible to get or find an employee to help you.

Service was excellent and who ever the manager is she/he is doing a fantastic job!!!!!!!! :)

Everytime I go in people are always friendly and help me right away and are knowledgeable

Rona by community of Kincora is not very busy therefore they dont have a lot of staff..having said that, you would assume that you can get help easier as there is not a lot of customers to service however that is not true. Some of the staff members dont seem to be very friendly and seem not want to be bothered. Very dissappointing

I went in there to buy some hardwood nails and the service person was quite helpful in choosing the correct model and brand that I needed for my brand new air hammer that I had recently purchased.

Rona is the best place to find all what i need for my entire home renovation projects. it has a variety of choices for me to make and it has friendly staff who teach u how to do stuff and very helpful to people who need their help
