Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service, no pressure. We appreciated Bernie's genuine interest in helping us choose the right Persian rugs for our home. He delivered them personally, set us up with the right type of underpads, and advised us on care and cleaning to protect our investment. He even threw in some practical decorating tips based on his many years of experience. All in all a very satisfying purchase.
