Sorting out complicated warranty issue

Members of the service department went above and beyond to sort out a complicated issue by working with the manufacturer and others. Thanks to Landsdowne Gallery for the wonderful out come for me. I can truly say that I would likely not have had the same perseverance to resolve this issue with other retailers. I am very grateful for the follow through and will continue to purchase other appliances in future.
