This company took a deposit for front door window insertion, then neglegted to contact me for several months regarding when/ where the windows were. The windows were on back order and I had to call and play phone tag with Bob multiple times. Bob did not try to assist me, keep me in the loop, nor did he seem to care that I was not receiving the product I had paid for. The lack of customer service was appalling and I will not be recommending this company in the future. After months of chasing Bob, I was able to get a $600 refund for the windows I ordered, although not once did he return my calls or initiate a call first to me.
