I've used EcoPest twice. The first time was about 8 years ago when I discovered a wasp nest under my deck. The technician arrived and within a very short period of time had removed the nest completely. This year I needed to call them for what we suspected was a family of mice. I expected the technician to show up, check out where the mice had been seen, scout the house inside and out to see where they might be getting in and identify any signs of nesting/infestation that we couldn't see. He showed up, wandered around for a while, poked his head in a few places priced some traps and left after saying....well not much really. He said to place the live traps we were using against the wall not away from the wall as we had them -- contrary to what others have told me, my mother and various other friends and relatives. Guess we must be doing something right because four days after his less-than-useful inspection, we caught two mice in one night. But what really irked me, besides the $200+ for him to wander around for a while, was that they put through the service fee my credit card the day BEFORE he even knocked on the door. Next time I'll just buy mouse traps and save myself the $200.
