Horrible experience. 1st day, had to replace all fire alarms as it was low and would not stop beeping. 2nd day, leak in the ceiling, had to call a plumber to fix and he had to drill a hole in my dry wall to solve the issue. 3rd day, laundry room flooded. Menkes gave us a faulty machine. The list goes on, customer care has been giving us the run around. Nothing is aligned, all the walls are uneven and scratched, the floors are not leveled, some areas we can see the creek underneath the floors. Tiles are cracked, doorbell doesn't work, heating system is horrible. We've been stressed since we first moved in. For our first home ever, this was a horrible purchase. STAY AWAY!
