Fernando made a portfolio presentation of his work and offered his design opinion for our project. We entrusted him to deliver a superior product and installation. Searched many company's and out of 10+ fabricators we interviewed we felt Fernando and him team we the most competent. They were one of only a few companies able to fabricate curved glass and also accommodated all of our requests and met our budget.

Turn around time was quick, issues during the install (not their fault) were addressed immediately and Fernando was able to provide a solution that resolved any concerns.

A+ work on a multi-million dollar home; now waiting for him to have free time to do more work for us.

Hired Fernando to install our stainless steel stair railing. Paid 50% deposit in advance, but he delayed the installation 3 times. A month after it, the rail was loose due to weak welding. I called him at least 6 times and he hasn't come back to fix it. It's been almost a year now. According to Fernando, all was fine when he installed, he is busy with his bigger jobs or he is not in my area - always a new excuse. We are extremely upset... if it was really well done, it wouldn't be loose a month after installation. We have a young son and the railing has had a temporary (which has become permanent) string holding it tight. Clearly he will never come back to fix it and he does not care about customer service. We do not recommend him at all.

Update after a year - he came back and fixed it. Thanks.

D & R Fabricators were recommended to us by our building contractor when we needed a new front port railing. Fernando and his crew showed up a few days after we called and took the necessary measurements and showed us some samples of what he could do for us. He told us the installation would take place in four weeks which it was. Fernando and his installers proved themselves to be both highly skilled and very professional. The finished railing looks fantastic and my wife and are thrilled with the finished product. We've got a beautiful railing that will last a life-time and we've since recommended him to our neighbours who also had him install a new porch railing for them! T hanks again Fernando.

Right from the start Fernando was honest straight forward and boy did he deliver! The finished product was outstanding!!!! A very reasonable price. We called Fernando for a quote and he was very sufficient. He met with us the next day and gave us tons of pictures and samples to look at and was also very open to negotiating a good price. He gave us other ideas also to make the railing look exceptional within our budget.
