We absolutely love our new deck & fence! Darwin helpfully suggested increasing our deck size which makes a significant difference and will allow us to now comfortably enjoy the space. Steve patiently answered all of our questions (there were many) him and his team worked so hard. Everyone was very professional respectful and efficient. We will definitely recommend Bond to our friends and use for future projects.

It is usually very difficult to find a company that will do a small job. Bond Construction did not hesitate to accept the work. They were a pleasure to deal with in every way. The suggestion for a pole finished with a cedar surround was better than my own idea. The work was done efficiently, respectfully, and quietly. The clean-up was amazing. Contracted to partially relocate wall between existing Men's washroom in Church & convert adjacent storage closet to Disabled Washroom.
In addition, to envelope change,work also required appropriate electrical and plumbing installation, widening access door from 32 to 36 inches and insuring all applicable Code requirements met. Work was completely expeditiously, competently & completely satisfactorily with minimal disruption to ongoing Church programs.

I highly recommend Bond Construction. Everyone we dealt with was amazing. It was a renovation we were wanting to do for some time that included a complete overhaul of the kitchen, living room, removing a wall, replacing trim, flooring, installing fireplaces, interior doors, exterior door and much more. The end result was better than we had hoped (thanks to their hard work and interior designers). We were kept updated throughout the process and they stuck to their schedule. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This 200 foot wood fence and retaining wall was a substantial project in rocky ground, involving a lot of hand digging. The crew worked very hard to get the job done as efficiently as possible. Mr. Bond thoughtfully answered my questions and offered sound advice. Several of my neighbours have remarked on how great the new fence looks.

Bond Construction installed our motorized awning above our deck. In addition to the awning they have completed our basement (previous house), constructed our deck, and built a basement bar for us. As always, Bond Construction completes the task with a great attention to detail and is very professional. We have always found their prices to be highly competitive.
