Demolished unfinished basement and rebuilt into lovely living space, bathroom and craft room. Furnaces replaced, wiring redone, extensive cabinets built. Incredibly happy with the final result. Darwin was easy to communicate with and responsive to handling complications. Crews were professional and very pleasant. Had issues with some premature paint cracking once basement was completed and Darwin made sure the issue was fixed without a fuss. Quality work. Would recommend!

I hired Bond to paint the interior doors and renovate the laundry room, including changing the door to swing outwards.
The employees were polite, kept the work area clean and explains options for problem solving. The quality of the work was excellent. Often Bond uses their own employees, thus shortening the job timeline .
Darwin provided a cost quote before the work was scheduled, gave realistic scheduling expectations and the final cost was the quoted amount, provided no change of scope. This is my second time hiring Bond and I highly recommend them.

Bond contracting built a detached double garage for us this fall 2023. They did a great job and quickly addressed any concerns or requests. Good communication and quality.

I discovered mold underneath the vanity cabinet of my new home left by the previous owner, so I decided to replace the vanity cabinets in both bathrooms. Although it was a small area, it involved a lot of complications including replacing the cabinet, getting countertops, taking down mold-affected drywall, and re-connect all the plumbing. Many contractors weren't able to or weren't willing to take on the job. Bond Construction made the process very easy.
Darwin came in to assess and sent me a quote. He is very knowledgable of what needs to be done and experienced at estimating the time it would take. They were able to start work right on their estimated start work date. All workers were on time, and everything was completed in the estimated time period. The workers were very nice and skilled and easy to talk to. They were very patient and consulted with me on where I like the handles placed. They kept the parts that I wanted to reuse or resell unscratched. They left the place very clean. I'm very happy with the end result.
Renovations can be such a pain sometimes. It makes a big difference when you find the right people. I would definitely recommend them if you have some home improvement to do.

Darwin and Giselle are amazing, it was so easy to work with them. They are both experts in their areas which really helped in providing us guidance and we trusted their recommendations. Chris and his crew are wonderful and did an excellent job. They showed up on time every day and were very courteous and professional. Darwin and his team did an amazing job on finishing our basement. We loved that he had interior designers on staff to help with the design, the team was friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. Darwin kept us constantly updated on the status of the project, and promptly responded to any questions or comments that arose.
