Regency Wood Refinishing

BEWARE! Do not use Regency - Tony the owner will keep your items and then demand more money beyond the agreed amount. It is extortion. He is unlawfully keeping my kitchen cabinets until I pay him more money. I have already paid $4000. He did not finish the onsite work and the cabinets are much darker than what I chose. He will not fix the problem and is withholding my cabinets until I pay him $1500 more than the agreed project price, and the job isn't even done. Very upsetting.
