Lets just say that they have the absolute worst customer service. Melissa (one of the owners) is the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with. She talks down to you and makes you feel like youve done wrong when in fact, the error was on their end. They need to learn how to take accountability for their errors and learn how to compensate their customer for all the inconveniences theyve caused. I would NEVER EVER recommend them, not even to my worst enemy
