Northern Protocol is the place to go when computer repairs or inspections are needed. I bought one of their Delphi computers, & I must say I have been very pleased. My warranty expires come Jan./2018, but although my computer will be 5yrs old at that time, it very likely will last a few more years to come. Why do I think so?...because Northern Protocol uses top quality products when they build a computer. When they say "we fix it or it's free" they mean exactly what they say. IF a computer needs to be re-examined more than the first time, there is no charge. Mr. Aaron Weston is the President of Northern Protocol & I believe he insists that his customers are treated fairly, & professionally. While you may think that buying a computer elsewhere may be cheaper, please take into consideration their warranties. Are they using top-quality parts?..Do they strive for customer satisfaction, or might they consider you to be just another customer. At Northern each & every customer is treated with great respect, & advice is freely given when required.
When you go into their office, you'll see an office that is well-organized..there is no clutter, or dusty articles. Yes, there are desktops & laptops on display for sale, but they are CLEAN. There
are receptionists on the front desk to help you.
