Asimco Security based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada has been given 4 months now, to have the "state of the art" home system, up and running properly. With nothing but delay after delay and pass the buck games, the manager has done nothing but create uneccessary stress in the entire family. When the medic alert was needed the most IT FAILED US! A family member suffered a heart attack. NO PANIC BUTTON to rely on? The manager was not able to deal with a disstaught family with HUGE concerns for the victim of the H.A.? The manager hung up when he "couldn't handle the heat in the kitchen" He made it clear that he would not be spoken to in a "non-professional manner" before he hung up!! This coming from a "MANAGER" of a company that is suppose to handle all concerns in a "PROFESSIONAL MANNER" Trying to make more promises meant nothing to us! A vacation in Florida, "previous" to the medic alert issue also left the home with no working security and no peace of mind!!How wonderful for this manager to be able to resolve his undesirable call by disconnecting. If only we could resolve our matter as promptly as this manager did, simply by hanging up on an undesirable call, from a disstraught family! I have lodged a complaint to the BBB, as well as my MP, in hopes of stopping this insanity from happening to any other family. Where are the rights of the people not getting the service they have paid for? Please beware .... don't let this happen to you. If I can save even one family from the stress that has been created by this manager, then my purpose here has been blessed!!
