Prior to coming to vacuum specialists we had wasted lots of money on product and machines that did not do what we wanted. We noticed the shop on Centre Street and went in with a need to fix one of our machines. We were told up front the problem and then presented with the solution and price. Finally someone who listens, doesn't try to to upset us and genuinely cares about us the customer. My loyalty is with Vacuum Specialists.

Excellent service. Brought my vacuum in for service, and the carpet cleaning head of the built in unit from my new house. Both were fixed and they waived the charge for the head.

Over many years I have bought 5 Easyflo units and a carpet cleaner to hook up to our Easyflo. I have found the Easyflo built in vacuum to be amazing and has never let me down. I had a sticky problem, and they addressed it splendidly. These guys care about customers! No wonder they have great reviews everywhere! I can't see any reason why anyone would need to spend gas driving all over town for vacuum cleaners or accessories! They carry all the major brands, and then some! Nobody else has their selection. But, what really got me was their extraordinarily friendly and professional customer service. No pressure. Just the facts so that I, as a customer can make my own decision. I like that. I've been going to this shop for years for repairs and parts. Finally the main power unit (built-in) started losing suction. One of the service technicians, Moe H., was scheduled and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem is mere minutes and proposed a permanent comprehensive solution. All the required parts, replacements and materials were handy in his service van. No nickle and dime-ing with this company. They installed a new power unit, made tube adjustments and replaced all my house outlets for the said price. However the technician could hear something wrong and searched until he found a hole in the house vacuum piping (the hole was there for 30 years !). He fixed the broken segment for free.

Mohammad provided stellar service for a newer system that was purchased from another retailer. He was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I had to give up on the company that installed the product originally as they were impossible to deal with. I should have bought my system from Vacuum Specialists initially.
