Calle do Rukus Septic and spoke to Rob. Explained septic tank was not draining tomfield and the tank outlet was clogged. He told me it would be $600. One hour travel and about 2 hours on site and he would send a crew out. Truck arrived with one person and all he did was suck out the tank. When I said it was supposed to include cleaning out the siphon and getting it draining he said not their job. He was onsite for 45 minutes and left me with a septic system still not draining. They very "graciously" said they would reduce the bill to $500 but only if I paid cash with no receipt. This would have been a service I could have had done for around $100.
