Very pleased with Reitzel for my attic insulation installation experience. I thought it would be a messy exercise but everyone involved was careful and it was totally painless. I also appreciated being kept up to date with the step by step process. Hope I will notice the difference in my heating bill!

We started our last inside project on an old house -each step was calculated and Reitzel was the third step -in the process - from the first phone call to the finished product - with first the person who came to measured and quoted - to the guys that physically blow the insulation were totally professional and had a great sense of humor - this was our second time with Reitzel - are we happy with the company I'd say we are and will always recommend you.

Issue was with colder upstairs compared to main floor.
Service person came and review concerns. Explained issue and provide quote for insulation.
Installers scheduled within one week. On arrival they covered floors, closet, bed and dresser prior to starting job. They answer all questions. When done, they removed sheets and cleaned up.
Job was does professionally and expeditiously.
Issue of colder upstairs resolved.

He provided me with lots of tips on how to improve my home energy efficiency and explained the process of how they insulate clearly. When the crew arrived, they were very professional, friendly and efficient. They worked quickly, efficiently .. no mess, no fuss.

Bob came by to provide a quote. He showed up early, answered all questions, and provided advice on how to tackle the basement job as well as other possible future jobs. He pre-registered us for eco-rebates with enbridge (we had not asked him to do this), and he was available for follow up questions when they came up.

The crew that came by to perform the work was fantastic. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and very friendly.

I have used other spray foam companies in the past and can vouch for Reitzel as being the best company to deal with so far. I will be using them for future projects and recommend that you give them a chance. They will take care of you!

They quoted and were able to start work in a reasonable time. Their workers showed up when they said they would, went about the house without much noise, and did a great job cleaning the work space. My attic is almost 400% better insulated and all for a great price. Very pleased.
