Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in

Contractor completed approximately 20% of the work and then quit stating I would have to deal with his lawyer. Deposits were paid, but materials were not ordered. Phone calls and emails have not beed responded to. The contractor has proven to be completely unreliable.
