In our experience their attention to details are flawed and Sales and Invoice practices are lacking integrity. The site visit was flawed, they made the assumption there would be a deck installed where the Technician could stand outside to do the installation. They could have asked us to prevent this misunderstanding. When the Tech came out they found out they would need a 40 foot ladder to install the vent and decided they had to come back another day.
Jeff the SalesRep offered us a savings to win our business, but then tried to get the same amount back after the installation. He tried to state the FP was not vented directly out the back and it would cost more. This is not our first FP installation. We took pictures of the completed installation before the drywall went up, which proved the FP actually had been vented directly out the back. Then they came out to do the final set up and demonstration and they gave us a service call bill for $139. We refused to pay it. Again it is written in our contract and included. Read your contract carefully if you decide to deal with this company, they will try and double invoice you. I will say; the Techs that came out were friendly and did a great job. We love the FP we chose, we just wish we had experienced a better customer relationship with the store in general.
