Ottawa Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. The crew was on time, courteous, and professional. We appreciated their clear explanation of the work that they were doing and the timeliness of their work.

The team came on time. All of them were very professional. Matt the Team Leader explained in great detail and with great patience and answerd all my queries. All the before and after pictures were shown also in detail.
Matt personally is a very patient and kind human being and so we're his 2 technicians. The office Manger Caroline is also great and was extremely helpful and flexible.
All in all I call it a WOOW 7 star service!!

The technician arrived on time, and explained fully all the details concerning the cleaning of our dryer vent. He was very pleasant, and performed the work most efficiently.
