We sincerely apologize that you had an issue with your home. We have looked into your home and can see that we have attempted on a number of occasions to book appointments to fix the two outstanding issues, but we have not received a response on a time that suits your schedule. We understand it can be frustrating to stay home to get the issues fixed and we would like to make arrangements with you to make this as easy as possible for you so you don’t have to stay home. Please contact Brittany in our Warranty Department and she will be able to discuss with you the various options.
Parkwood Master Builder has been a recipient of the Alberta New Home Warranty Distinguished Builder medallion representing over 20 years of excellent customer service. Our comprehensive warranty includes 1 year Workmanship & Material, 2 years on Delivery & Distribution Systems, 5 years on the Building Envelope & 10 year Structural. I hope this, along with Parkwood making every effort to fixing your deficiencies, gives you some reassurance.

We are sorry to hear that there have been deficiencies with your home and even more sorry that there appears to have been lack of communication with our team and the sub-trades. We have taken your feedback and are now documenting any deficiencies with photographs/videos in order to give our trades as much information as possible to avoid any re-work having to be done.
You are certainly right that customers should not have to fit into our or our trades schedules and we want to make this right for you. Please contact our warranty department with some dates/times that work for you and we will get any outstanding items (if there are any) fixed promptly and at times that work for you.
