I recently purchased a quick-possession lakefront home with a walkout basement in Saxony-Glen in April 2022, and the construction was top-notch. Any minor issues that arose after purchase, such as a tripped breaker or siding problem, were promptly and effectively resolved. While I did have to follow up a few times to ensure completion, the overall service and quality of the home were superb. I strongly recommend Parkwood Master Builder to anyone in the market for a new home.
