From planning details to install, l couldn’t be happier. Lia listened to every idea l had and made my vision come to life. The small room was transitioned in a big way. Incorporating my own storage hutch was not a problem. Everything fit and looks beautiful together.

Closets By Design Niagara designed 3 closet interiors, 1 set of doors & 1 with sliders. Designer listened to what we wanted & offered suggestions. Work was completed on schedule. Installer’s work was neat & precise. We’re extremely happy with the end results and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a main bedroom walk-in closet and linen closet designed and installed. The designer, Deepali, worked very closely with us to customize the closets to our needs while maximizing the storage space. She didn’t push to sell us something that we didn’t need just to increase her commission.
The installer was on time, let us know what he was doing (we work from home, so he was conscious of that and warned us when he was going to be making a lot of noise), and did an amazing job.

Took me a year to decide that giving a consultant the job of measuring difficult spaces was the best way to go. We have a crawl space to the attic and the suggestion of a collapsible shelf was created. What a great idea. I added a laundry hamper and hardware. I also updated the design by adding a space for current clothing/special occasions and adorned with embellishments. Really feel special displaying my treasures.
Deepali and Nicole were great individuals, plus the installer to work with.
Since 2 closets were needed, I decided to have doors on the outer ends. I repainted the room, added shiplap to lower walls and peel and stick
wallpaper to remind me of birch trees from my youth. There is even a
mini bed for our pooch Sasha!
I used 40% discounts with free installation to help keep costs lowered.

Natalie the salesperson was wonderful - very approachable, capable and helpful. She spent a lot of time with us planning the best configuration and always got back to us when we had concerns.
We still do not have a verdict on the quality of the product itself. We had to call back the installation people twice to complete/fix problems that were missed. That meant unpacking and repacking the closet each time. The last time a clothing bar came loose because it wasn't secured properly, leaving clothes to fall on the floor and making us very nervous about the strength of the products.

We just moved to a new house and needed to organize our walk in closet to fit both of our clothes. Called closet by design, got a quick measure appointment, very professional, gave us lots of ideas how to best use our space. Because they are so busy we waited about a month and a half for installation, which was fine. The installer came right on time, and were finished in less than two hours. We are very happy with the results and certainly recommend them.
