Matt and Chris from Roto-Static BARRIE were incredibly accommodating and professional! We had movers come and move us in the day after getting the carpets cleaned. They were terrible movers and destroyed the carpet with their dolly. When we spoke to Matt the following day he responded immediately and set up a new time to come out and “fix” our situation. In this day and age, both Matt and Chris displayed a work ethic, a sense of pride in what they do... so much so, that we are going to have them back to do our carpets every single time. They were helpful and friendly....We are definitely going to recommend them to all our friends and family! Matt was amazing to deal with. I had him clean 500 sq/ft of carpet and my sectional. I was extremely please with the job that he did. He got all of the dirt and grime off of the sectional from my kids and pets. My carpets look like new again. I would highly recommend rotostatic!!
