We replaced 10 windows with this company, we are extremely disappointed of the quality of the work. Please find the attached photos. We were told that this is a normal condition and we need to hire someone to fixing, painting and cleaning.
Additional details after long negotiation with the company (June 25):
During the installation, we were told that the painting could not be completed on the same day, and we need to contact Dan about the next steps. When Dan appeared in our house, two days after the installation, he said that even a new car from the dealer can come with scratches and he is ready to send us his man who will correct everything for a moderate fee. After two weeks of phone calls, we did not receive the required service.

Post installation customer expressed her appreciation by tipping the installers (totaling $200). After the installers left she called the salesman indicating there were markings on the frame and was not satisfied that the casings were primed and not finished. If the customer mentioned to the installers of these markings, the installer would have been more than happy to clean them. The casings are purchased with primer only, this was mentioned by the salesman prior to selling the job. It is the customer’s responsibility to paint the casings as desired.
As a courtesy and for customer satisfaction, arrangements were made by Majesticon to send a painter to her house on June 3rd, 2018 this appointment was agreed upon by the customer. Customer sent a text to the painter prior to the visit to cancel the appointment. As a result this review was written.
