Extraordinarily poor experience working with this company. I went to this company for a full service experience. Hardwood was installed with no reference to aesthetics (was installed horizontally down a long hallway and in a narrow kitchen). I was not consulted about this obviously poor aesthetic decision and when I came home to find this very unexpected installation, no options were offered to correct the issue (even though subsequent personal research revealed several possible options). Sales staff were unresponsive and condescending and ultimately I am left with flooring that is inadequate and will need to be replaced before resale.

We've worked with John and his team at the Carpet Store time several times over the past two years and we've consistently been impressed with the service and value we've received. His prices are significantly better than others in the area and the installation and service was top-notch. I'd definitely recommend the Carpet Store.

We went into the store to purchase hardwood flooring. The gentleman we were dealing with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various hardwood floor options. Once we finished our purchase, he provided us with the proper floor cleaning supplies and the finishing edges for our room.
