Riti Glass & Mirror

Due to a really windy day, our door would not close or lock. The key even kept getting stuck in the door. We called Riti Glass and Windows and once I described what was happening they knew exactly what to do. They sent someone out right away. The repair person called me 1/2 hour before coming and again once he arrived. He was quick and efficient. Got the job done and we haven't had a problem since then. I would recommend Riti Glass to everyone. There service was friendly, accommodating and they get the job done right!

Riti did a wonderful job replacing a fallen mirror on one of our bedroom doors and replacing the other so it would be safe too. Rajat was great in the way he reassured me that everything would be fixed and he came through completely. I would definitely use Riti again - very honest, polite and professional.
(We had to ensure our bedroom doors were made safe against a similar accident when the one mirror fell off the door, crashed to the floor and shot shards of glass everywhere. This was very dangerous. Luckily our grandchildren were not in the room. Now we have 2 door sized mirrors safely attached to our bedroom closet doors!)

For our bathroom, we needed a custom mirror to fit around a window that is above the vanity. Custom mirrors can be quite expensive driven by the labour, not the mirror. Riti was pleasant and the job was well done at a reasonable price.

It turned out to be a much more difficult repair than they anticipated, so there were some issues along the way. It turned out that the mirror could not be repaired back to it's original state as we had hoped. Rajat was extremely helpful and worked quickly to try to rectify the situation. In the end, he did not charge me for the time they took to try to fix my mirror and in fact, purchased a brand new mirror for me and had it dropped off at my front door. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Riti Glass. It's reassuring to know there are companies out there who will do whatever they can to make their customers happy.

During Christmas of 2012, I needed a custom mirror, and some glass. I had called all over Toronto (at least 12 stores) and all of the quotes that I got were ridiculously expensive, and none of them were able to give me the finished product until after the holidays (which was a two week delay)!

I stumbled upon Riti Glass and got in touch with Raj who was not only able to give me a reasonable quote for my requests, but was able to fulfil my order within a few days! This allowed me to complete my project on time, and under cost.

We completely renovated our upstairs main bathroom this past summer. The final part of the renovation was to enclose the shower and bathtub area with glass to the ceiling and a swivel door. Since we had already gone well over budget, I needed to find an economical solution for the glass enclosure, and someone recommended Riti Glass and Windows. I knew as soon as I walked into the showroom, it was the right choice for us- everyone was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Every time the installers came, they were always punctual, and even called when they were arriving a bit later than than the arranged time. After our installation, we were happy with the result. After several days, I was disappointed to discover that there was a rather deep 2-inch scratch right in the middle of the glass. I didn't know how this could have possibly happened, as we had all looked at it when it was just completed. So I phoned the company, and instead of blaming me for the problem-as would be the case for most people- they completely replaced it, and added an extra clip fastened to the ceiling for extra safety. They did not charge for the glass- the only cost was a nominal fee for the labour.
Rest assured- you are in good hands with Rajat and Riti Glass. We highly recommend them!
