PORT COQUITLAM
Bought some tools needed for my company but it stopped working 5 months later. Brought it back to KMS and told me the warranty part will take 1 week. It has since been 2 months have have yet to hear back. Keep calling back and all I ever get is a snarly girl telling me that if I haven't received a phone call then it's not here. Called the general manager and he doesn't even return phone calls nor emails. Terrible terrible company. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OUT THERE if you are buying expensive parts.
