I ordered a laser level that was in stock online and in every store. 2 weeks later the item has not been shipped and the receptionist left a message with the ONE person who handles all online order inquiries. That was yesterday and I still haven't gotten a response. I asked if the recent snow storms and them being "seriously understaffed" are the reasons behind the delay and he/she said "probably a bit of both." The receptionist was very polite!
