Briscott Landscaping did our front walkway and garden in 2003. For the first few years it looked great.
After that, we noticed that the bricks adjacent to the garden soil started to flake. We have been told numerous times it was because the landscaper (Briscott) did not install any sort of waterproofing between the soil and brick.
Now that Briscott is a larger company, the owner decided to resort to name calling as I called him out on this issue.
They also used photo's of our property without permission on their website, which misrepresented the state our property was in before they started work.

- Represent themselves honestly. Improve professionalism by not calling customers inappropriate names.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Make sure that for the protection of your home, any landscaper should install some form of water resistant barrier between a garden and the sides of your home.

I'm sorry you feel this way about are company . But when you called are office your tone and your actions were very harsh . The soil in the bed was not part of our construction, we only did the interlock and small retaining wall . The soil was not part of our project. When this project was done the soil was not finished off by us.
