We have dealt with Adrian at Mermaid in Orleans for 3 above ground pools at different times. Each time we were incredibly well treated, informed of all our options, given expert advice and ultimately were extremely satisfied. The entire process was well explained. The delivery was on time and installation team was amazing. The pool instruction training session was excellent. Rebecca and Erik were here this morning to close the pool. They were super friendly and professional. They installed a winter cover for the first time and Im so excited to not have all those leaves in the spring. Thanks for a great job!

We have been going to Mermaid for quite a few years. We met Adrian 2 or 3 years ago when we wanted to purchase a spa, but ended up cancelling because ours was still in working order. He was super understanding and professional.
Because of Adrian, we decided to go back to Mermaid after visiting Campbell's and checking online to purchase a spa because ours finally gave up. Adrian is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, makes us feel comfortable and treats us like we are important. If you want to buy a pool, swim spa or a spa, go see Adrian at Mermaid's. Kayla and Kelsey make this a 10/10 review. They opened my pool a month ago. Sorry for the late review. They work so well together. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. By far the best experience Ive had with Mermaid. I discovered them when they were accidentally sent to my home to close the pool after it had already been closed. They found many things that needed to be done that the other technicians missed. I would not let anyone else touch my pool! I hope theyre with Mermaid for a very long time. Mermaid is very lucky to have them.

Took us 2 years to decide to purchase. The sales Rep, Adrian was knowledgeable and helpful every time. He answered my emails very quickly as well with links to the info I was seeking. Mermaid promised to deliver quickly and they did not disappoint. The delivery was professional and courteous. We had a small hiccup with a burnt fuse. Eric then came to the house, troubleshot, fixed the problem, installed the cover lifter and went through the operation and chemicals.

Extremely satisfied with the support from start to finish.

Took my wrench when setting up my pool, admitted it and have not returned it.
Analyzed my water , completely wrong and recommending buying products I did not need.
Advised that I had little salt and no chlorine. Both chemicals were actually at normal levels in mult pool.

Stephane removed the old skimer and installed the new one and he did a great job...he really knows what he is doing..I highly recommend Stephane and mermaid...Stephane not only is an expert in his field but he is very polite and courteous...He does an exellent job in representing your pool company Mermaid....He gets an A+ from me..A job well done....Thank you
