Chris had help my husband and I with the purchase of our new tub a few months had gone by before we had the run delivered Chris was great with trying to find a gazebo to complete the package so obstacles prevented that to happen. We did have the tub delivered on time Sept 2016. Just in time for the cooler weather. Have been enjoying relaxing in the evening air Love the lounge seat Thanka again Pure water for a great product

I have to say, i was very pleased with the guys who came and installed my new Grand Cayman Island Series Artesian Spa.

They were very professional and wanted to make sure i was satisfied with placement and to explain everything to me.

My Spa is now all hooked up and I'm in the process of fine tuning the water balance.

From the time I walked in to speak to the sales person until the final installation was complete I was treated very well and all my questions were answered completely. Options were explained but there was no pressure to purchase any extras. The installation went smoothly and the instructions for start up and maintenance very clear and easy to follow. The installation crew listened to my requests and left the site very clean. Everyone was polite and friendly.

Great product (Grand Cayman Hot tub) and very pleased with how we were treated both by the sales staff and by the guys that came to install the tub. Everything was friendly and helpful and now we're enjoying the new tub!

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the pre and post delivery customer service from PureWater. Seth was excellent to deal with and answered every question we had in regards to the pool, set up, etc. Stef and the crew were great on delivery as well giving us suggestions on set up which worked out well. And since we got the hot tub up and running, our family has enjoyed it every night. Thank you for such great service. I will totally recommend Purewater to all my friends and family.

From the moment we walked in to the store Nick was as helpful as could be and guided us through all the options that could work for our situation and was extremely patient with us as we pondered the choices. Once we finally made our decision a second staff member carefully went over the installation requirements to ensure all would go well with the delivery.

At delivery time, Stephan and his team were simply superb. He spent considerable time with us exploring orientation options, even rotating the tub a few times to help visualize the pros and cons of each position. After installation, he then spent some further time with us newbies explaining general use and maintenance of the tub.
So all round excellent service from all at Purewater and even an email the next day to ensure that all was in order and we were happy with the entire process. As for the tub itself, the plug and play aspect of being able to plug it in to a regular outlet was just what we required and it performs just great.
I would have no concerns whatsoever in recommending Purewater and Nordic Hut Tubs for anyone considering a hot tub purchase.

We used Purewater for a liner replacement. We were very happy with the experience. Their technicians are store employees NOT some sub trades. Vinny, Rob & Josh took pride in their work, kept us advised of any unforeseen issues . The liner fits better than the original 14 year old one. They returned on the days scheduled to complete the install...as well followed up with cleaning the pool deck and removal of all waste material...All in all a very good experience.

Our hot tub was not heating properly so I called Purewater to arrange for some on-site help. The woman (Theresa?) who answered the phone was extremely helpful and professional in diagnosing the problem and "Genesis" (the service technician who actually serviced the hot tub the next day) was simply amazing. He took time to explain why the problem had occurred and what needed to be done to repair it. I learned so much about my hot tub -- and the small problem that was causing it to malfunction was quickly repaired! I was especially pleased that Genesis didn't try to upsell me on anything other than the part that was broken - a nice change from other in-home repair experiences that I have had. The price that I ended up paying was less than Purewater originally quoted (because I didn't need a replacement filter). A totally awesome experience!

Have been dealing with Purewater for over 15 years...exceptional products and service. Have referred many to them and will continue to. Purchased m Hot Tub and Pool Table from them and use them for service on my pool when necessary and for all related supplies.

Had made several phone calls(to pool companies) to get details on replacing the old pool heater and purchasing a new one. Pure Water was prompt and had all questions answered in very timely manner. Heater in stock and replaced with no delays. They took the old heater away as well. This was a perk that was not offered by the other pool company. Pure Water gets a big thumbs up and I will definitely recommend them.
