We purchased our Spa in the fall of 2009 and was delivered December 2009.
From a spa point of view it is excellent and we mainly purchased this particular spa because we wanted salt water.
From a service call/troubleshooting aspect, we are very disappointed, and quite frankly for the money, we thought we would have a better product.
Our lights have been a problem from the start and this was a $1000.00 feature. They are not working currently and after 6 service calls the company is "stumped"
I was always taught that you get what you pay for. Well I don't think so in this case.
If the lights are not working after 6 service calls and the company is "stumped", I feel that it is time we had our $13,000.00 spa replace!
