Awful customer service! The sales and installation seemed to go well and overall the pool is nice, but our equipment has given us nothing but headaches after the first season and the owner will not return our phone calls, even when we've offered to buy different equipment to try to solve our issues which seems pretty nice considering they recommended the equipment that we have and are now not standing behind it. Given that there are many pool companies out there, I would NOT recommended using this one. Check around with people that have had a pool installed in the last 2-5 years and see how they're after market support has been ... there must be more reliable companies out there.

- Return our phone calls and try to help us solve our equipment issues. Our pool should be a pleasure to have, not a burden on our time and wallets.

- Ask other pool owners how they pool installers customer service is. Ask the company you choose how they will support you after installation - realizing that they may not be truthful in this. See if the company has ever been reviewed ... sadly this one wasn't, so we had no warning.
