Sprinkler Systems review in Oakville

After my initial disappointment with this company's service, I have to say, that they have redeemed themselves ever since. I have been using them for the past 4 years now, and they have not stood me up since. They show up as scheduled and their technicians are pleasant, efficient and thorough. I decided not to switch to a different company hoping that the past disappointment was just one of. So I want to edit my initial review to be fair.

Setting up the sprinkler system

Sprinkler Systems review in Oakville

This company winterized my sprinkler system last year and I was satisfied with their service. I was told they would call me in the Spring, and when they didn't, I called myself and was told I was responsible for my own appointments. I was given one in 2 weeks and took a day off as they weren't able to guarantee the appointment time. It is 9'pm and no one showed up or called me tome to explain their absence. I called the office around 6 , but there was no answer. Very disappointed
