We hired Kerrisdale Roofing And Drains to upgrade the drainage system as their proposed work order is the most comprehensive ones. Kai took the time to explain the issue of my current drainage system and each of the work items in his proposed quote. The crew is very professional and I am very impressed with their workmanship. They took extra care not to damage my new siding and the air cond while they had to break all the concrete around my house to install the new drainage pipe. Bruce, the foreman, takes time to explain to me the work that was done the previous day when I met up with him in the morning. I can see the crew is very proud of their work and they strive to get the job done well. When they said in the quote that they would "clean up and haul away all debris and leave premises in orderly manner", they really mean it and it is certainly above and beyond what I expected! This is certainly a company I can trust with any future work that I might need to do for roofing and drainage.

Hardworking crew was able to replace my drainage system faster than I was expecting and to a high level of quality. The crew kept the site very clean during the work. Good communication throughout the project so I was kept informed of status and plans.

Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains installed a new Sump Pit outside and replaced the drain tiles on two sides of my house. The crew that worked on the job were on time, and hard working. They even did a very nice landscaping job for me by using large rocks that were pulled from the evacuation and arranging them nicely in the front lawn for me.

All staff at Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains from office, manager and trades persons were courteous and professional. Trades persons come in on the weekend to finalize the work. Job was completed and billed as quoted. In addition, I was referred to a professional rain gutter replacement contact for another project.

This team was the only team that would reply to my frantic need to see if my house from flooding because of a drainage system back up. They came in the middle of the night and I got Hall to relieve the pressure. He then came back to dig out and repair the damaged parts of the system. They were extremely diligent and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They work very hard. When they finished they completely cleaned up the property so that it looked as good as new. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Job required removing 3 layers of shingles, 1 cedar and two asphalt. It was a big job to remove these layers. Then, plywood sheets over the entire roof had to be installed to provide a suitable base for the new asphalt shingles. Lots of cutting and fitting around multiple dormers with many peaks and roof valleys.

We have water coming into basement. Tim suggested to dig into four corners of the house to see if they can clear the pipes. The ground has shifted too much and the pipes were misaligned. They ended up replacing the whole storm sewage system and part of the house sewage.

1. to shut off the supply line to stop the leakage of water into the ground,
2. to dig out by hand through a landscaped area, leaving trees, shrubs, and bedding plants undisturbed,
3. to drill through a concrete basement floor slab
4. to remove the existing pipe and install a new one.
5. to replace the soil and the floor slab in a tidy manner.

Throughout the manager and the workers were polite and conscientious.

Tim & Kim were very easy to work with. We were re-roofing my senior mom's home and they were very understanding to how the commotion may upset her. The workers were extremely respectful and polite when dealing with my mom. The yard was cleaned and all the debris was removed. The workmanship was excellent.
