We contracted a small repair job in June and paid a deposit. The job was not done and they stopped replying to our emails, phone calls and in person visit. We wrote a review November 4 and a reply was immediately made undicating that there were supply issues and offered to send our deposit back. It was amazing to see how quickly they responded when a negative review was received. It is now Decembr 5 and we have still not received our deposit back. Seems they have a supply issue with their company cheques as well.

Hi Robert and Mary, we apologize that we were not able to locate the colour needed to complete the job due to supply issues- unfortunately last year was full of supply issues with many materials, including aluminum. Your deposit has been returned as requested.
