I had a photo framed here last year and it was perfectly done at a reasonable price. I went back today to have a canvas taken off its wood frame, he had all the staples removed and would not charge me for it. I think that's wonderful customer service and will definitely go back for my next frame job.

I had four relatively large pictures framed at Ken's and was thrilled with the results. I was served by the owner, Roger, who is expert at his craft, and a real gentleman to boot. The service was phenomenal, the quality high, and the pricing was truly the BEST in the city.

I took my giant oversize canvas into their store to be custom framed. What an excellent job they did! I realized that the framed piece in a floating frame would not fit in the car, so they dropped it off for me. Overall excellent service with a smile and much more affordable compared to other custom picture framers in the city! This reputable dealer ACTUALLY undercuts the competition by 50% or more! Looking forward to framing my mirror, oriental rug, and a sports jersey in a few months!! Can't Wait! I brought in a really nice photo I had purchased to be framed. The staff helped me choose the right frame that would go with it,a dn mounted it so it could be hung on the wall. Price was also good and it was ready in less than a week.

I brought 2 paintings into Kens to be framed. Their friendly staff helped me pick out a matting and frame for both of them. The staff was very knowledgeable on what type of frame would look best for each painting. We picked up the paintings this weekend and the frames are a piece of art on their own! My frames were done right on the day they told me. Quality of the job was great from the corners to the mat. The price was fair.

I am a visual artist, and created a piece as a gift for someone's birthday and needed it quickly. They did it in 24 hrs. They have a huge selection of frames and mat colours, and helped me select a dynamite colour combination. When I picked it up, it was so beautifully done I almost cried. I was alone and had to take the TTC, and with the piece being fairly large, they made a makeshift carrying case for me. They definitely go the extra mile and gave me a discount. I will definitely go back in the future.

I called Ken's and spoke to Art on the phone about an urgent request to get over 50 black frames for an event we were organizing. He gave me several choices over the phone and when I arrived that day I picked what I wanted. They only had 30 of that type in stock but they gave me a great back-up option and I was able to get the order assembled within 2 hours. Everything was packed and ready to go when I arrived.
