I had a great customer experience dealing with Home Rail from calling the office, getting an estimate and the install. It was just a small job of adding privacy glass to one side of the deck. They called to let me know they would be coming the next day for the install as weather had slowed them down on completing another job, which not everyone may think is a great thing but I did - stuff happens. I am just glad they communicated with me through the whole process which unfortunately is not the norm with other companies. They are very good at keeping the customer informed and I really enjoyed dealing with everyone at Home Rail.
The install turned out great and actually came in under their estimate.
I would highly recommend Home Rail.
