This is by far one of the worst run businesses I have ever encountered during my 33 years on this planet. I actually had to create a yelp account to warn others about the unprecedented level of dysfunction Brian (the owner) and his team (specifically Anthony) embody. I saw many bad reviews already online about this business but mistakenly took the plunge thinking they may be exaggerated. They are not. After spending over $1000 on lights we began our roller coaster of deception & mismanagement for over 3 months of delays after they were due. I cannot even remember how many times I had to call, walk into the store and chase down employees to get an update or followup on status of our order only to get the run around. I can comfortably say that over 95% of the time any action they took to follow up, deliver something or even call back went completely nowhere. We constantly got excuses about the manufacture and their ability to deliver but then once they had the product in stock had problems with incorrect parts (numerous times), delivery and lack of desire to do anything but pass the buck onto the customer. It really seemed that every time we were in that store customers were coming in with similar problems. Make no mistake this is a two-bit business that doesn't have any ability or desire to do ANY level of customer service. Do not be drawn in by the selection of products that they have on display, the hassles you will face is not remotely worth it.
