We paid in full. Installer installed fireplace not correctly. I paid other installer to correct his mistakes.
After house is finished and we got gas, installer said I will back to finish the rest of installation.
He continued to finish installation and check and fireplace , he did wrong way and fireplace making smoke.
I called head office and installer and sales person, after 2 months no luck.
I really frustrated and never recommend to anybody .
I am building house and every house we put at least 5 fireplaces, but I never use this company again. I never recommend anybody use this company. Very bad installation and really dangerous. Installation not following by coding
