The team at Maple Air has been amazing from start to finish. Omid explained how the heat pump system would work with the furnace system and answered all my questions (there were a lot!) The installation team comprising of Farshid and Hadi were truly professional in every way. Although this was a big job, Farshid went above and beyond by making additional adjustments so that the external unit was not interfering with our line of sight from the windows. When they were done, not a speck of dust was left behind! Following the installation, I got an error notice on my Ecobee thermostat, and Omid sent over a technician to check it out. Turns out that it needed to be topped up with a bit more gas which was taken care of quickly. So in a short time, I got to experience Sales, Installation and Service, and across all fronts, I was treated like a valued customer, and the team made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Maple Air - really glad I went with them. Bonus was that their price for the Carrier heat pump and furnace was better than another quote I had received for the exact same system.
