I would recommend Spring Home to anyone looking for a new water heater. I did some research which of course everyone should do, visited big box stores but the bottom line is that Spring Home know their business better than others I spoke to and they were able to handle it all for me. I did not need to act as a go-between for a big box store and subcontractor. Sam, who is a pleasure to deal with, was able to give me a quote over the phone on the tank I wanted, he came over afterwards to confirm the details and he made it his priority to replace our leaking tank as soon as possible which was the very next morning. The installers were pleasant, professional and worked hard to get our old tank out of the basement without damaging floors, doors or walls. You could tell in general they knew what they were doing. They showed me how everything worked and when they left the difference in hot water supply was like night and day. We are very glad to have chosen Spring Home Heating and we will call again if we need any heating or cooling work. (I am sorry this review is late.
