I was in dire need of a new water heater for my new home after Enbridge hit me with a few red tags with my old water heater. The sales team got back to me within 1 day of my sending in a request for quote. The salesman showed up at my home promptly to make an accurate assessment and quote for a new direct vent heater. They talked with me about the need/benifits of a tank vs tankless heater and made sure I got the right tank for my home and future family.
The installation team came early (after calling me to make sure it was OK to do so). When they showed up they worked quickly and cleanly with nothing but professionalism. They followed up last week to make sure I was still happy and of course I was. My new heater works amazingly well and efficiently. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating and cooling specialists.
