I had an Air-con and furnace installed 3 years ago by coleman, and while at the time I was very happy with them and their work some issues have come to light recently. They sub contract their electrical work to a company called Macrae Power, who seemed to forget they needed to get a permit and then randomly submitted a permit 2 years after the job was done. Which we were unaware of until the municipality left a note on the door. So the inspector came at the behest of Macrae power and it was failed, some of the wires were not in a proper conduit. Coleman came and replaced the conduit work as soon as they could and Macrae power was informed to arrange for a new inspection-at this point we are still waiting after 3 weeks. Since this review was posted-Coleman has sorted out the permit.

It's very rare that there is ever a issue , in this issue everyone did there part except the city , neglected to inspect the job in 2015 when the permit was pulled .
